Ethics-Based Solutions for Burnout: Introduction to the IGNITE Framework

Description

This course introduces social workers to a transformational approach: Using ethical principles as powerful tools for preventing and overcoming professional burnout. Through the IGNITE framework (based in adult learning theory and implementation science), participants will discover how ethics can be the key to sustainable, fulfilling practice. This training provides applicable strategies that reduce stress while strengthening ethical decision-making skills.

Objectives

1. Apply the complete IGNITE framework (Identify, Generate, Navigate, Integrate, Transform, Elevate) to at least two ethical scenarios in the workplace.
2. Develop a personalized sustainability plan that includes three values-based boundary strategies.

CE Approval Statement
